But wait, there is more: the home now is 100% solar-powered, with 31 state-of-the-art rooftop solar panels, a new heat pump system (which includes central air conditioning as well as heat), and a new hybrid water heater! There also is a Level 2 (40 AMP) “JuiceBox'' Electric Vehicle charging station at the home, with a 25 foot long charging cable, available for your private use to charge your EV seven times faster than from a standard wall plug. It uses the J1772 universal charging standard, so Tesla drivers should remember to bring the small adaptor provided by Tesla. The home was remodeled in January 2022 with beautiful new Quartzite countertops, the cupboard doors were refinished, and new sinks and fixtures were installed throughout.
