Bring the whole crew to Salida! This spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bath home has room for everyone and is just a quick walk to everything downtown Salida has to offer. With 4 separate bedrooms, 3 full baths, fully stocked kitchen, washer dryer, fenced yard, and super cozy living room, you won't want to leave home. Bring your pup and enjoy the fully fenced back yard. There are 2 TVs with Spectrum TV included, wifi lamp; desk& chair. This comfortable home is perfect for a quick trip or longer stay. This home is located just a few blocks to downtown Salida! Walk, bike, scoot, or drive to shopping, dining, and everything Salida has to offer. Salida is very walkable and bike friendly. Activities include yoga, rafting, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, skate park, and the list goes on and on Salida is very walkable and it's easy to just park at the house and walk or bike everywhere you want to go. There's 1 off street parking space and plenty of on-street parking. There are 3 bike shops in town that rent bikes for your use!
