This cozy 3 bedroom cottage is perfect for families or friends who are looking to have a quiet place with ample outdoor space for soaking in the Florida sunshine. With many of nearby activities within a short walking distance, there are plenty of activities for everyone. - Downtown Tarpon (5 min walk) - Tarpon Sponge Docks (15 min walk) - Spring Bayou (2 min walk) - Pinellas Trail (3 min walk) - Beach (10 min drive to Howard Park Beach) - Innisbrooke Golf Resort (8 minute drive) The kitchen is open concept with plenty of equipment to cook for a group. You can choose to eat in the back dining room, which overlooks the back patio, or you can move outside to enjoy the private backyard space (and even BBQ on the gas grill). The main bedroom is a private en suite with private bathroom, perfect for those who want a little more privacy. In the front of the house is the two additional bedrooms (king and queen beds) that share the full bathroom in the front. There is plenty of parking in the driveway, large enough for multiple cars or an RV.

Being situated between the Gulf of Mexico and Lake Tarpon, the City boasts multiple beaches and waterfront parks, perfect for fishing, boating, kayaking, shell hunting and more. With public art installations sprinkled throughout and multiple places listed on the National Register of Historic Places, including a historic district and the recognized Greektown district, the city has become a destination for history and art lovers as well. This area is wonderful, especially the Spring Bayou - just 2 streets away. There are some fantastic restaurants and breweries in the neighborhood.
