Beautifully unique 3 Bedroom 2 Bath BUNGALOW home located in the Palmetto Beach/heart of Tampa. This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. Just down the street you will find a public park with a playground, a community pool, skateboard ramps, walking trails, a fishing pier and a covered picnic gazebo all overlooking McKay Bay. Just down the street is historic Ybor city and around the corner to Channelside.
I love to fish and the outdoors. I enjoy spending time with my family. Renting my home brings me immense joy because it transcends the traditional lodging experience. It's not just about providing a place to stay; it's about creating a welcoming and personalized environment for guests to feel at home. The satisfaction comes from knowing that I am contributing to memorable experiences, offering a unique space that reflects my personality and hospitality. Meeting diverse travelers and hearing their stories adds a vibrant dynamic to my life, making each hosting opportunity a chance to connect with people from various backgrounds. The extra income is a bonus, but the real pleasure lies in being a part of the journey and creating a haven where guests can truly enjoy their time away.
Palmetto Beach is located in the heart of Tampa. The neighborhood is located just south of the historic Ybor City. It's about a 25-30 min drive to the beaches and a 10- 15 min drive to get anywhere in Tampa. You have so much to do in such a short distance. The historic Ybor city is 1.9 miles away. Ybor city has great restaurants and night life!! One of my favorites is the Columbia restaurant. The Florida aquarium and Channelside is 2.4 miles away. You can catch a lightning hockey game!! Go Bolts!! Bush Gardens is 8.5 miles away. It has an amazing zoo and fun roller coasters!! Don't forget about the Florida beaches!! Clear water beach is about a 30-45 min drive away. If you want to do Disney it's not too far, about an hour drive. And that is just the popular things :)
