PLEASE NOTE: Our accommodations are located in highly rated Airbnb style guesthouse neighborhood setting which is rural & not manicured like gated communities but is very safe and has lots of old growth trees, trails and lakes. Please feel free to park in complimentary spaces all along the fence line to the left of the house. Great fishing with lakes all around the property and scenic hiking and biking trails that start in my neighborhood. Ideal location for medical professionals assigned to Baycare Winterhaven Hospital which is only 15 minutes away. 24 hour secure keyless entry allows for easy access for late night shifts. Adams Estate Wedding and Event Venue is less than 5 minutes from my Airbnb. Great fishing with dock seconds away along with Dunkin Donuts, Hardees, Cornerstone Grill and Luigi's Italian minutes away and within walking distance. Legoland, Winterhaven, Auburndale, Haines City and Lakeland are 20 minutes away. Located on 17/92 and only 6 miles from I-4 putting you within 45 minutes from Tampa and Disneyworld in the opposite direction.
