Gasp in awe at the golf-course views, luxurious den, and wet bar, among other things. Community activities include a shared hot tub, sauna, pool, and tennis courts! You're near the Tahoe Donner Golf Course but also less than four miles from the Tahoe Donner Ski Area and Donner Memorial State Park. This chalet-style home is under a canopy of trees and boasts hardwood floors throughout. The living room has high ceilings, a sectional couch, gas fireplace, and flatscreen TV. The expansive deck offers al fresco dining options as well as a gas grill. An eight-seat dining table affords guests a formal spot for dinner. The kitchen is modern and open, with a three-seat breakfast bar, granite countertops, a gas stove, a wine rack, and wooden cupboards. There are three bedrooms and a loft here. The main bedroom suite features a king bed, flatscreen TV, armchair and ottoman, a private deck, and an en-suite bath with duals sinks, a standalone shower, and a jetted tub.
