The Place is a unique luxury rental space and venue with 6 180sf individual rooms available for rentals. Amenities include indoor and outdoor lounging areas, full kitchen with standard size appliances, 1 stand-alone private full bathroom, 1 shared unisex community bathroom with 2 standard and 1 ADA compliant stalls, double vanity and step in shower, in house washer/dryer, pool table, television in each room, free WiFi, private gym, BBQ grill, Basketball 1/2 court, 12 seat conference table, business center and more. Ask us about our Event Venue. We have an onsite event planner to assist you in planning out your special event. Our facility has a 3400sf outdoor rear courtyard, 2200sf interior space to accommodate various types of events from corporate events, workshops to weddings, anniversaries, family or school reunions, fashion shows, music showcase, karaoke nights, etc. We also have spaces available to rent for aspiring Podcasters. You're welcome to bring your own equipment or we can facilitate the A/V equipment for an additional nominal rental fee. The Place is the perfect facility for traveling and local entrepreneurs.
