It is not unusual for our guests to comment that our homes are the cleanest and most comfortable they have found. This reputation is a result of being selective in the properties we choose to manage, and our desire to surpass your expectations when it comes to cleanliness. The two bedroom, two bath standard units are generally located on the lower floors and may have little or partial views of the ocean and beach. These units are approximately 900 square feet and are limited to 6 guests. They offer a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony, and jetted tub. Each is furnished with a king bed, two twins, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The twins may be combined to make a larger bed if requested. ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE AGREED UPON AT THE RECEIPT OF THIS CONTRACT. Reservations may be canceled without penalty within 48 hrs of the booking date if unwilling to agree to the stated dates and terms of the agreement. Failure to notify us of cancelation within this time period implies agreement to all policies. Pets: No pets are allowed on the premises. Smoking: Renters may only smoke outside in the designated areas.  This rule is subject to change, so check with the front desk.  Occupancy: The Maximum Occupancy of all properties may not be exceeded with occupants or visitors at any time. The premises are to be occupied only by those parties listed on the rental agreement. Only adults (25 years old and older) may reserve a vacation condo.  Children are welcome. Balances: All balances are to be paid 90 days in advance of arrival. If payment is not received by that deadline, it will automatically be charged to the guest`s credit card. Cancelation Policy: If you need to cancel you will forfeit USD 100.00.
