Palm Valley Country Club - Clean and hotel-like, 3 King Beds and 2 Baths in newly remodeled condo combining contemporary and western themes. Ground floor single story end unit - owners have the full Club Membership you can use (thru 2023). Guest fees apply for golf, tennis, pickleball and fitness/spa. Everything new in 2021 - furniture, appliances, faucets, paint, artwork and flooring. Every detail considered in this 3rd property by Eric and Lisa of California Villas. Owner managed and attention to quality. Master Bedroom - King Bed, TV, attached full bath, slider to small patio. 2nd Bedroom - King Bed, TV, access to shared full bath. 3rd Bedroom - King Bed, TV, access to shared full bath. Laundry room has full size washer/dryer and sink. Kitchen, Dining Room, Living Room share open floor plan. End unit condo has most windows SW or SE facing. Master slider faces NW.
Eric and Lisa of California Villas operate 3 vacation rentals in southern California. We visit the properties often, stay there ourselves, and always look for new things to make the experience better for our guests. We have top professionals locally to clean and manage the units.
Palm Valley Country Club is one of the classic country clubs in the Coachella Valley, built in 1987 with two golf courses and a 100,000 square foot club including 2 restaurants and a large heated pool.
