"New Listing". Come, relax and enjoy the beauty of Northern Arizona. We are approximately 17 minutes from Downtown Flagstaff and have non-motorized forest access across the street with hiking and equestrian trails in all directions. Beautiful views of the San Fransisco Peaks and Mt. Elden. The backyard is a peaceful getaway with a tranquil koi pond and a cornhole play area. The home is multilevel with an upstairs and basement that includes a movie room and game room. We are 22 miles to Snowbowl Ski Resort, 86 miles to the Grand Canyon, and 38 miles to Sedona. Plenty of parking.

We have lived in Flagstaff for approximately 29 years and raised our children in our vacation rental. We love the outdoors, especially hiking, fishing, skiing, and hanging out with friends. We live on the property in the back, so we are easy to find and generally available. We will let you know if we are out of town during your stay and provide contact information for someone who will be available for immediate needs. The koi pond in the backyard is small and enjoyable but is 4 feet deep in the middle in case you have kids that cannot swim. In addition, we have a shepherd mix dog named Taz- she is friendly but may bark some.

The majority of the neighborhood has 3-acre parcels and lots of space. There are hiking trails across the street at Caves Crater trailhead. The Grand Canyon is approximately 90 miles away. You can also enjoy Twin Arrow Casino, Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort, Bearizona (great for kids), Sedona, Sunset Crate Volcano National Monument, Wupatiki National Monument, Lowell Observatory, and many more great must-sees.
