Modern Villa est. 2020 with an open floor plan is located in South-West Cape Coral, direct access to the freshwater canal. 1 master bedroom king-size and 2 bedrooms queen-size all with TV 1 Den as additional guest room with a comfortable pull-out queen-size couch. 1 bathroom (master bath) with walk-in shower & bathtub 1 guest bathroom with walk-in shower The Den can host max. 2 persons but can also been used as a retreat to work or as a baby room. A foldable baby travel cot is available to our guests The kitchen provides you a Nespresso machine as well as a filter coffee machine, a dishwasher and a large fridge-freezer combination with water dispenser and can also be used for eating or resting on the bar stools. The outdoor dining area with another table with 6 chairs also has a gas grill, so be invited to enjoy the perfect US-BBQ. Relax on the lanai, on the sun terrace or in heated Pool or Spa. Four sun loungers invite you to relax. There will be mandatory check-in and check-out by our German and English speaking property management Additionally a washing machine and dryer, an ironing board and iron is available.

Cape Coral is a neat location in SW Florida. Within 30-45 Minutes drive you have the choice of a couple of beautiful beaches and locations. Fort Myers Airport is about 30 Minutes away, Miami about 2,5 hours drive as well as Orlando with its theme parks. The Harbour is about 15 minutes drive, which is close to rent a boat and directly access the Gulf of Mexico. We recommend Sanibel beaches which you can also reach by car within approx. 40 min.
