The location was perfect to folly beach, downtown Charleston the apartment very easy to find. Lovely neighborhood. Welcome goodies on the countertop. Paul was very responsive to a question we had. Definitely recommend The Gray Heron House. We hope to return in the future.

The house is a duplex house , one side (Left Back) has a full kitchen, sun room, 2 bedrooms, full bath, full kitchen, fireplace and a full deck on the backside of the house on the lake. ( Right Front) does not have a full kitchen but has a microwave, coffee maker, and a small fridge. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, shower and a sitting area with a dock on the lake. Please make certain you understand whats included before you book. Thank You!
Charleston is all about the water, food, breweries and great places to visit, after living here for 15 years I still love it more everyday :) Please understand there are 2 apartments in this house. LEFT BACK has a full kitchen for cooking full meals , sun room with deck acccess, living room, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, back bedroom has sliding door to a full deck with tables ,chairs, umbrella overlooking the lake. RIGHT FRONT has a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge, sink area, toaster, blender and all utensils and dinnerware. the kitchenette is part of a large open floor plan living room. The large master bedroom has a queen size bed and the second bedroom also has a queen size bed , this bedroom has entry from the master bedroom. The new bathroom has a double sink and a tub/shower combo. The outside patio area with table and 4 chairs and dock has a double swing chair, the dock and seating area is for your use only. Please see pics and come stay with us :)
The neighborhood is quiet on a cul-de-sac with many different types of homes. It is 5 minutes from the Folly Beach and 20 minutes from downtown. There is a Harris Teeter supermarket minutes away and bars / restaurants as well.
