Located at the heart of Downtown Brookfield overlooking the Beautiful East Twin Park and its Multi-War Memorial, which is dedicated to local veterans who've served our country. This home has a lot of history in our community as it was built in the 1880s and was occupied by one of the founders of the area. Dr. Hamilton De Graw, who came to Linn County Missouri in 1856 after a very short stint as a Dr. He built the home we currently own today, as well as starting a bank, and The De Graw Theatre.

Year round enjoy the beauty of Brookfield's Twin Parks and the Veterans Memorial Walk. Join us for downtown festivities, shopping and live concert during our annual Summer Fest in June. Brookfield High Alumni weekend is always a great time and way to catch up with family and friends in July. The Great Pershing Balloon Derby is a must see in September, with hot air balloon glows on Main Street, to food and fun at the launch site. You can also join our neighbors in Laclede, Missouri for the Laclede Pershing Days in September, which offers parade, car show, lots of fun for the kids, and live music. General John J. Pershing's boyhood home is a great place to learn more about why Pershing Days is such a wonderful event to attend. October is Goose Festival in Sumner, Missouri. The Wild Goose Capital of the World. You will get to meet "Maxie", the Worlds Largest Goose and enjoy live music with some small town fun to kick off the hunting season. And don't forget to check out the Worlds Largest Pecan, at the Pecan Festival in Brunswick, Missouri.
