Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, metro, some of the main attractions and easy to get a Yandex (taxi) to others. Good communication by host for arrival. Compact but comfortable and clean.

We stayed two nights in Said's compact but comfortable apartment. It had everything we needed and was located right on one of Tashkent main streets, bustling with cafes and restaurants. We did not meet Said, but he was very responsive and his instructions were always very clear, and our conversations over WhatsApp were easy and friendly.

It was our second stay at Art Studio 3 in Tashkent in less than a month. It is simply the best place in the city to stay: excellent location (a 15-min ride by taxi/bus from/to the airport, or central Amir Timur square), lovely studio with washing machine and heated floor, clean and cosy flat + well-organized key collect by the owner. The city itself is very pleasant to discover with lots of cafes and restaurants popping up every week. The owner can also organize a reasonably priced transfer by taxi to the airport upon request.

Said is a very kind person and the owner of Art Studio 3 in downtown Tashkent. He was very responsive to our requests/questions before and after our arrival. The studio is very well equipped with lots of little extras that make our stay more comfortable (e.g. washing machine & drying rack, heated floor in kitchen and bathroom). We like the size of the studio, which is quite big actually for 2 people. The location of the studio is difficult to beat since only a 15-20 minute walk to Amir Timur square, 30-minute walk to the train station and quite close to several cafes and restaurants. One has to know that Tashkent is a sprawling city that has surprisingly a lot to offer (parks, statues, squares, mausoleums, museums, etc). In sum, the studio is extremely good value.
