Location was great not far from the fort and lovley walks beyond. The household were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great and different every day. Dinner was tasty as well, the ladies did really well in catering for a vegetarian and I was impressed with the standard of cooking. The town is a pleasant place to wander around and the people very friendly. On day2 I took a tour to the Dara vally it was a beautiful walk. I had a great time here and would recomend it to all.

We had a great time staying with Ruslan and his family. They looked after us so well and were friendly and kind. The room was warm and clean and comfortable. We ate all our meals there and there was something fresh, different and delicious every day. We had good conversations in English with Ruslan, which we really appreciated. He is an excellent guide and I recommend going on at least one trip with him. We went to the desert and lake as well as to the petroglyphs and walked in the villages of the Nurata mountains. It was interesting and relaxed and enjoyable. The location is also good and you can easily walk to the sights of Nurata and the market. Thank you Ruslan and your whole family for having us.

The guest house is in a beautiful .setting with a lovely garden, and many local decorations, carpets etc around. It is very pleasant. We were unlucky that there was a sudden very cold spell the day we arrived. Evening meal around the table with the other guests was very enjoyable .Ruslan showed us the lical historical sites.

Lovely family Guesthouse with brand-new and super clean rooms. There's a beautiful terrace where you'll have your breakfast and you can order dinner for 6$, vegetarian options are available and tasty. Ruslan also organizes different tours, which might be a bit overpriced but an unforgettable experience. 👌 We loved our stay and would advise everyone to visit Nurata as you'll get to know a different side of Uzbekistan.

Ruslan's home has been the most authentic and familiar place I've stayed in in a long time. The garden and common areas are beautiful and breakfast more than sufficient. I had lunch and dinner too and was happy every time, awesome options for vegetarians, too. Rooms were basic, but very new and clean, it was quiet and the internet worked well. Organisation of transport and activities was easy going. Ruslan does go the extra mile to try and please everyone (I was well prepared to pay the solo fares for everything, but he matched me up with other travellers each time). I did the lake + desert tour and it's a bit of a misunderstanding that people expect a big hike there - you have free time by the lake, essentially. We did, however, meet other travellers for whom Ruslan organised proper multi-day treks and they were really happy.
