Nazira Hanim is the most excellent host and her guesthouse a little haven of comfort in the middle of Bukhara! It is extremely well-located right by the Lab-I Hauz, so you can walk to all monuments easily. I found the room very comfortable, and I felt extremely safe as a woman traveling alone. I would especially recommend Hotel Nazira & Aziz Bek to those who may want to learn/improve their Uzbek, Tajik, or Russian. I spent a good deal of time sitting at Nazira Hanim's kitchen table listening to conversation, and it was unbeatable language practice. I can't imagine being quite as warmly welcomed elsewhere. Nazira Hanim is extremely kind and I highly recommend staying with her!
