Homestay is run by a very friendly family with two beautiful dogs and a cat. I stayed in the room with balcony and private bathroom - room was very clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Balcony is enormous. Bathroom has hot water and great water pressure. I was sick during my four days in HCMC so it was a nice space to rest in. The alley is quite tucked away, so if you are ordering grab it is best to use the cafe at the top of the alley (Joi Factory) as your pick up and drop off point. There is good food within walking distance (Banh Mi Ba Huynh and O Tinh House are both superb). The house is very secure and safe, and the hosts were so kind and friendly.

The room was large and comfortable and the family was really nice. I felt very welcomed. The location was great, far enough from the main tourist sites to have lots of delicious local Vietnamese places to get food from but close enough to easily walk to museums etc.

This is a hidden gem - I only stayed one night before flying out but would have loved to stay longer. The room is nice and quiet with a balcony where one can do yoga in the morning or relax in the hammock at night. The couple who runs it are super sweet. It’s in a great location and I loved the two dogs and cat living in the house.

A beautiful little home stay in HCMC! It's located a 10 minute walk to the walking street and its restaurants and bars. But it's in a nice hidden spot away from all the tourists and tourist prices if that's the sort of thing you like! What made this stay worthwhile was the family! The family was above and beyond! They let us sleep on their chairs at 4am in the morning when we arrived severely jet lagged to HCMC. Even letting me crash on their own bed as they cleaned our rooms, letting us check in 3 hours earlier than expected. Then in the clean room there was a mini fridge with bottled water. They were sweet and always happy to help us with any questions, or even when we didn't ask for help. They showed their eagerness to provide exceptional hospitality, which gave us a beautiful first impression of this lovely country! cảm ơn!
