Masteri Thao Dien is a luxury complex in Thao Dien. Masteri Thao Dien has 5 buildings (T1, T2, T3, T4 and T5), each building has two blocks (A and B) with total over 4300 apartments. Each bulding has its own swimming pool, gym, BBQ area, kid playground room... at the 3rd floor (4th floor with T5). And there is a tennis area with 3 courts, a standard basketball court at the central park. There is a huge mall call Vincom Mega Mall, which has everything for you, including a super market. And taxi, Grab taxi are always around, you can easily pick a taxi within 5 minutes. There are many kind of apartment in Masteri Thao Dien: + 1, 2, 3 bedroom (50-75m²) apartments like other common condominium; + Duplex (100-180m² with 2 floor) at the 3rd floor (4th in T5); + Merged-apartment with 3-5 bedroom big size (140-239m²); + Penthouse on the rooftop with two floor (total area from 180-360m² on the 41st ,42nd, 43rd floor). Thao Dien is a very famous area with over 65% citizens are expatriates. There are not many tourist in this area. Thao Dien have plenty of famous restaurants with almost English speakers. And this area is gathered by almost the Vietnamese rich people with so many hundreds billion VND villas. You can easily access to D1 or CBD with less than 15 minutes. And this is a very safe area because this area have so many very-important-persons living here.
