Location in a quiet local neighborhood. Aesthetically modern and pleasant. Clean room and, although tiny, high standard bathroom. Quick and helpful staff. Easy self-access through modern equipment. Elevator. Self-laundy available out of the room.

- comfortable - cleaner than most places i have stayed in vietnam - super friendly staff and very easy to communicate - everything in the unit for a little longer stay including dishes, cutlery, kettle, fridge - possibility to use a washing machine in the building - cleaning service every other day - nice area close to the river and the zoo - close to coffee shops and places to eat - good aircon - easy check in and check out

Clean, the owner was really kind and we never had to wait for an answer because she was really fast. We had some luggage and we found a place where to live them for all the time we was there.
