My name is Quynh and I am the daughter-in-law of my family. Thank you for your interest in Muongbi Homestay. And it would be a great pleasure for us to welcome you to stay in Muongbi Homestay. My parents-in-law are true Vietnamese farmers. They are gentle, honest and kind. They cannot talk to you in English or French, ... but you can talk to them with Google translate. They are always enthusiastic to answer all your questions. They always smile brightly on you. As for myself, I can speak English well. So I can easily understand and respond to your requests. I will often be the main servant at our homestay (cleaning the room, cleaning the toilet and bathroom, cooking, ...). However, sometimes my elder sister and my younger sister, or my husband help me. We are all friendly and hospitable. We always try to make the best as we can when you stay at our home. You will feel most comfortable, most happy and you feel you are most appreciated. We love this job, simply because every visitor brings us a lot of things: income (of course), joy, new stories, insights, ... Please visit Muongbi Homestay. I believe you will love us. We will of course love you, too.

Muong Bi Homestay is not a luxurious hotel in the city but a beautiful small wooden stilt house in an ancient Muong village. The bedrooms are separated by lovely fabric curtains for privacy. Especially blankets, sheets, pillows, cushions, towels for guests are always clean and fragrant. We always have beautiful flowers and delicious tea in the living room. The delicious food here is cooked by the owner with clean materials locally available and the spice is the great love for visitors. You can also cook with us if you want. We have 2 gardens with lots of greens and flowers, birds, bees, butterflies, ... You can garden with us if you want. All bathrooms and toilets are always clean with full hot and cold water heater, shower, ... Muong Bi Homestay has a rustic beauty exuding from the simple wooden color of the house, from the layout of areas, from the quiet and fresh space, from the clear eyes of cats in the living room, from the host's bright smile. However, to make guests feel most comfortable, all services here are done by the owner as perfectly as possible. You will feel like you are in your own home, cooked for delicious dishes by your mother when you stay in Muong Bi Homestay.

Neighbourhood information

Ai village is an ancient Muong village still retaining many pristine beauty and cultural richness of national identity. All houses here are built in ancient architectural style. The village is surrounded by cool streams, green forests and beautiful fields. When arriving here, you easily meet the old ladies are wearing traditional costumes and smiling softly with teeth dyed brown by the habit of eating betel nut. Visitors also enjoy the dance with the gongs of Muong girls and Muong boys in traditional costumes, drinking a local wine called "CẦN", eating local delicacies such as "LAM rice" ... Ai village is just over 100km away from Hanoi and convenient to travel to other tourist destinations such as Mai Chau, Moc Chau, Ninh Binh, Pu Luong, ... The beautiful scenery nearby are: Trang Waterfall, Lung Van, Ba Khan Lake, White Stone Pass, Muong Bi Field, ... For shopping, you can go to Lo market away from MB homestay 1-5 kilometres. Bicycles or motorbikes are often the choice when traveling between locations in this area. You can also participate in activities such as trekking, watching traditional music shows, knitting bamboo baskets, weaving cloth, gardening, playing folk games, ...
