Really nice and spacious room, with good AC. The pool area was lovely and the breakfasts were great too! The hosts were amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. We also did laundry and hired bikes with them, both very good value.

Everything was perfect. The lady was very helpful and nice with us, she even made pho for us when we arrived and we were tired and hungry. The home stay is not close to the town so you can have some rest and enjoy the silence. You can just bike to the town and if you don’t want to bike, you have some options for food very close to the house. The room, the pool and the bathroom were amazing. Also, the lady cooked breakfast for us every morning and we had real Vietnamese coffee. Everything was perfect!

Wow, what a great place. I have to start with the owner and his wife. They were the loveliest people we have met in our travels. They spoke little English but ensured we were taken care of and communicated to us regularly and answered all our questions. The location is great for the main tourist attractions. The breakfast was great and changed each day we stayed there. The rooms seemed like we were the first people to stay there, they were super clean. We hired a motorbike for the day from them at a really good price too. Couldn't have asked for a better stay and at a Great price too.

It was in a beautiful location just out of the city centre, the facilities are brand new and they made the best breakfast. They are a lovely couple and really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. I sat and chatted with the wife for about 30mins via google translate which was lovely. They do wish they could chat to the guests more but don’t know many languages, google translate works though. They have bicycles and motorbikes. Pool area is lovely and relaxing. Highly recommend this homestay!

What a beautiful place to stay! The family hosting were so kind and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful, and everything was so easy. Perfect location, slightly out of the busy town centre. The host washed our clothes washed, and arranged for a driver to take me to the airport.

Cannot recommend this place enough. Really nice clean room with comfy beds and nice bath & shower. The breakfasts they make are yummy (egg baguette and pancakes) and come with lots of fruit too. The couple who run the place are very friendly and eagerly help with any needs you have. Can rent bicycles which are nice to ride into town centre. They do laundry with nice smelling detergent too. Great place to relax for a few days and do day tours from.

The property was very modern, spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect. Very close to the center of Tam Coc. However, the best were the family running the home stay. They were so incredibly kind and sweet and helpful! They helped us book bus tickets and a day tour. After the tour when we had to catch a bus they let us take a shower to freshen up in their family bathroom. They truly are the best and this really made our stay!

Amazing rooms, seemed brand new and our kids loved the bath! Breakfast was amazing so much food and delicious, extremely good value for money. Location was stunning in the rice terrace 5min walk to local restaurants, 25min into Tam Coc or east bike ride.
