The apartment underwent a complete renovation in 2022, and is outfitted with everything needed for a truly enjoyable holiday. From new plumbing fixtures and modern appliances to high-quality furniture, you will be surrounded by comfort during your stay. The apartment's ideal layout offers privacy and peace, with two equally sized bedrooms situated on opposite sides of the space. A hallway, kitchen, and bathroom lie between the bedrooms, providing ample space for relaxation. Each room boasts its own balcony, offering stunning views and a place to unwind. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a 5-story building, making it accessible to guests of all ages. The apartment is equipped with all the essentials, including an efficient air conditioner, a modern cable TV, a well-placed mirror, ergonomic furniture, and freshly laundered bed linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked, with a refrigerator and freezer, electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, dishes, and stove. The bathroom includes a shower, washing machine, and hairdryer for your convenience. The apartment also features high-speed wireless internet, and an ironing board and iron are available for guests to use. Agudzera is a well-known small scientific town in the past, where the Sukhumi Physics-Technical Institute (SFTI) was located. In Agudzera worked famous scientists G. Hertz and F. Ardenne. Located in a picturesque corner on the Black Sea coast, Agudzera offers its guests the beauty of the beach and the surroundings of a historical park. The breathtaking view of the White Tower on the shore will not leave any traveler indifferent. Several advantages that the settlement of Agudzera offers: Ecologically clean suburbs - due to the absence of industrial objects. On the beach there is a lot of free space, and in the evening you can enjoy the beautiful sunset and mountain landscapes on the shore. There is also a historical park in the settlement, where you can enjoy a quiet, calm and measured life. All necessary amenities, such as shops, pharmacies, market, household goods store, cafes and dining rooms, are within walking distance. For security, there is a Hospital and Police Station in the settlement, as well as many sports sections for children, including football fields and stadium. The inhabitants of the settlement are very hospitable and friendly, they are always ready to help and show kindness to guests.
