Персонал в отеле просто отличный - отзывчивые, дружелюбные. Очень понравилась нам женщина, которая делала уборку у нас на этаже. Очень чисто в отеле!!! В плане работы персонала - это, наверное, одно из лучших мест. Очень вкусные и разнообразные завтраки. Хорошее расположение - на границе м/у новой и старой Гагрой. Все бы было идеально, если бы не ванная комната.
