Квартира чистая, уютная с хорошим ремонтом. Одна комната проходная (объединена с кухней) вторая - отдельная спальня, нам с ребёнком (1,7) было очень удобно. В квартире хороший интернет, бойлер для горячей воды (вода есть постоянно). Во дворе небольшая парковка, с другой стороны можно парковаться на тихой улочке, обе парковки видны из окон. Расположение отличное, двое суток обошлись без машины и вообще без транспорта, везде добирались пешком (с ребёнком). Квартира тихая, не смотря на слышимость, соседи тихие, а окна выходят на тихую улицу и во двор. Добавьте к этому отличного, приятного в общении хозяина, который постоянно на связи по всем вопросам, максимально комфортный и простой заезд и выезд, и вы получите действительно отличный вариант для размещения в центре Сухума.
