The breakfast was amazing. Why was that it is included in your fare for the room, plus all that was there was made fresh. They've turned a simple Continental breakfast into a wholesome and satisfying experience. With their freshly made food, the patience and kindness of the waiters, their understanding of English helped me A lot as well. It's a hotel that unless you desire to explore the town, you don't need to leave the building, all is taken cared of.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the fabulous hotel 12. From the moment I stepped foot into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and a seamless check-in process. The staff was friendly, efficient, and ensured that I felt welcome right from the start. It truly set the tone for the rest of our stay. Plus, I was 2 hours early! Hotel 12 is situated in the perfect location, close to all the attractions and amenities you need. I didn't have to go far to explore the city, hike, indulge in some shopping, or try out local restaurants. The rooms at this hotel were simply great. From the stylish decor to the comfortable beds, every detail was carefully curated to create a cozy and luxurious atmosphere. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an unforgettable stay. They were always available to assist me with any queries or requests, and their attentiveness to our needs was truly remarkable. Their dedication and commitment to providing exceptional service made my stay even more memorable. Waking up to a scrumptious breakfast each morning was such a delight. The hotel offered a good variety of options to cater to different tastes and dietary preferences. The quality of the food for dinner was impeccable Very Caring Staff: The staff members at this hotel were not only professional but also genuinely caring. They took the time to engage in friendly conversations, ensuring I felt like a valued guests. Their personal touch and warm demeanor made me feel right at home. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent value for money at hotel 12. The level of service, comfort, and overall experience far exceeded what I had paid for. It's rare to find such outstanding quality at such an affordable.

The service was amazing! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We loved the restaurant downstairs. Food was crazy good!! Breakfast was superb! Even though the hotel is located a lil bit far from the bazaar, but if you have a car, it shouldn't be a problem. It's around 15-20 minutes walking distance to the bazaar. So, not that bad actually. The free parking at the hotel was convenient and easy. We had a lovely 1 night stay at Gjakova.

I like it's an old beautiful house, super cozy and small but a bit noisy

A super clean and new apartment, furnished with love and taste. Nothing is missing and offers every comfort you need, with a beautiful view from balcony. Parking space directly in front of the building. The location was perfect,our favorite restaurant just a few steps away. We could just walk in the center of city and enjoy our day. Very nice hosts. Thank you very much, we'll be happy to come again.

It's a very nice place to stay, host are very nice!

Everything was exceptional, beginning with the host. He was really helpful and a great person. The apartment was mesmerising regarding cleanliness, beauty and space. If you think of something you need, you just need to have a look around and without doubt you will find it there. You can find everything in a perfect and clean condition, even the smallest details. I recommend that you try it and you will really want to go there again and again. :)))
