This large self catering property is located near the University of Stellenbosch. It consists of two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, open-plan living/dining-room with kitchen, scullery, guest toilet, lounge and patio on garden level. The main bedroom and living area is air-conditioned. Free off-street parking under cover is provided for two cars behind a remote controlled entrance gate. The apartment has its own private front door, back door and fold-open door onto the patio/verandah area. The apartment of more than 150 square meters is ideal for a family of four, or friends traveling in two cars.
The owners are fond of food and wine and would be able to arrange for wine tasting tours to anyone of the surrounding more than 100 wine cellars in the Stellenbosch area. In-house wining and dining arrangements can be made with the owners upon request at a day's notice. The owners are familiar with the tourist trade and can be of assistance to plan and organise tours to historical, scenic or any other site within the Western Cape Province, with Cape Town as its capital city.
This property is located in the heartland of the world famous Western Cape Winelands, with Stellenbosch being the center. There are more than 100 wineries and boutique wine cellars within a 50 km radius of our property. The historic Stellenbosch town has some of South Africa's top restaurants and quests can arrange trough the owners to be dropped off and collected from any one of the restaurants or wine estates in the district. Trips to Table mountain, Kirstenbosch, Franschhoek, the Cango Caves and other scenic sites can be arranged with the owners.
