The room contains a modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, formal dining for 6 guests and a beautiful TV lounge with satellite channels. From here you can access the courtyard. The three bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Two of them have King-size beds, while the third has twin beds. All are en-suite, have air-conditioning, TV's and outdoor access onto the courtyard where you will find outdoor dining for 7 and a sun lounger. Stairs lead up to the rooftop pool deck with a splash pool, and comfortable outdoor furniture. There is street parking. Air-con is only available in certain areas. This home is located in a peaceful residential area and is fitted with a noise monitoring device. HOUSEKEEPING This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT AFFECTED BY LOAD SHEDDING CHILD POLICY This home does not accommodate children under 12. SMOKING POLICY This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. All bookings with us require NoxCover.
