20 Almond Road is a lovely self-catering holiday flatlet with a private entrance on the owner’s property which is located in Warner Beach on the Dolphin Coast. It is an ideal option for a coastal getaway as it is situated 700 m from the beach. This flatlet can accommodate 2 guests at a time and comprises a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower, washbasin and toilet. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. The open-plan living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a gas stove and oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Leading from the kitchen is a dining table and a cosy lounge with comfy seating and a flat-screen Smart TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available. Outside, guests have access to their own covered patio with an outdoor dining table and braai facilities. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property. Activities in the area include fishing and cycling. The location of this property is approximately 1 km from St Winifred's Beach, while Doonside Beach is 2 km away.
