Damage Protection: This property is protected by Just Be Lekker, the travel reputation platform. Guests must pay a R5,000 refundable security deposit to secure the property and should expect contact from Just Be Lekker to verify the booking. Please note that an additional non refundable service fee of R47 will be charged. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. In the event of a claim a 15% service fee will be charged. While the security deposit will be processed 1 day before check-in, we advise you to complete the Just Be Lekker verification process as soon as possible to avoid any complications with your booking. NOTE: No smoking allowed inside; and no hubbly bubbly allowed at any time. The accommodation is for short-term residential rentals only. It is not for events, functions, parties, receptions, meetings, commercial use, or guests above the registered number. We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350 In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10 pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. CLEANING: Daily cleaning can be arranged at an additional cost. LOADSHEDDING To assist during loadshedding this property uses solar power.
