This is your home away from home with all amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Valley View is a fully furnished holiday home with a picturesque valley and far off sea view. Conveniently located between Hartenbos and Mossel Bay, withing 2-4km from beach parking and Shopping Malls. With easy access to the N2 and under 40km from George airport, it is easy to roam the area. Ideal for a relaxing time on a lovely patio overlooking a valley and enjoying the sound of nature. Not within the hustle and bustle of a beach front property, but close enough for easy access to all the beaches and amenities in the greater Mossel Bay region. With two spacious bedrooms ( one ensuite and one guest bathroom) inside the property and a third bedroom with entrance from the outside of the property (private room with ensuite bathroom and kitchenette), open plan kitchen, dining area, lounge, loft with TV(DSTV Stream and Netflix), patio, ice machine, dishwasher, washing machine, gas stove and gas braai available, it will make your stay rememberable. A real gem of a property.
The property is situated between Hartenbos and Diaz strand. A quiet neighbourhood, with only one entrance which increases safety in the neighbourhood. Property is in a cul de sac, reducing traffic to the residents in the street. Hartenbos being a very popular beach is in close proximity, and Langeberg Mall is even closer.
