This luxurious apartment is spacious, airy, with two air conditioners, and has a color TV (Premium DStv channels included) and an ice machine in the bar, which is essential! There are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The main bedroom consists of a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom with a spa bath, shower, and double basin. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom a king-size bed, consisting of two three-quarter beds. The second bathroom has a bath, shower and basin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a water purifier, granite tops and upmarket appliances, a microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer included. Meals can be served by opening the glass sliding window to the bar counter on the balcony for those lucky ones relaxing outside! The apartment is serviced daily except Sundays and Public Holidays and clean linen is provided weekly. The only things you have to bring with are your bath- and beach towels and toiletries. There are two secure, undercover carports from a lift that will take you up to a beautiful, airy, skylighted foyer that leads into the penthouse. The apartment features a battery-operated inverter designed to sustain vital appliances during power outages. It facilitates limited lighting across the premises, offers charging capabilities for cell phones and USB devices, and provides power to the television and bar fridge. It is imperative to abstain from utilizing additional electrical devices such as fans, stoves, or hairdryers during load shedding to prevent a complete power outage in the residence. Please continue to use electricity sparingly during load-shedding.
