Property information

Castle on the beach is situated in the picturesque town of Port Alfred, a stone’s throw away from the beach which provides prime fishing opportunities, and vast sandy beaches to relax on. The house is ideally situated in a quiet street with a one hundred and eighty-degree view of the sea. The three story home boasts an abundance of open space, while still providing the warmth of home. The kitchen is perfect for family style cooking and leads towards the indoor gas braai that can be used when the weather isn’t favourable! The multiple sliding doors ensure views of the sea from almost every room, these doors open onto the huge veranda where one can enjoy some sunbathing! Enjoy the lavish master bedroom, that has sprawling views of the sea and an en suite with an amazing double shower, double vanity and freestanding bath! This home is nice and toasty in the winter, thanks to the lovely heated carpets! This home is perfect for any occasion!

Port Alfred is a small town in the Eastern Cape, the town lies almost exactly halfway between the larger cities of Port Elizabeth and East London. The beautiful Kowie River provides the perfect opportunity for sunset cruises, fishing or other water sports. The town is home to various restaurants that provide lovely meals, with some boasting views of the river. There are various companies that provide charter services to take the adventurous individuals out to see to go fishing! The town has two malls for those who enjoy indulging themselves in some retail therapy!
