Simply incredible, to wake up and have that view from the mountains. Also, this farm is a stable so we did some riding and it was simply great. Beautiful landscapes and amazing horses. We also had dinner and breakfast, homemade food, super tasty, and incredibly friendly staff. On top of that the view is mesmerizing, I will say it again the views are just stunning.

Sonja is great host. The house is surrounded by beautiful landscapes. Room was clean, neat and comfortable. Sonja and her team were so nice to make us packed breakfast in the early morning to bring along when we check-out. Will visit again

Beautiful landscapes. Stunning views. There was a massive roadblock at Van Reenen's pass which delayed our already long journey by 2 hours and Sonia was an exceptional host - she kept checking up on us like family and she is very accommodating of your needs.

The road to Dragons Landing winds past dairy farms bespeckled with horses and cows with fields in all shades of green. The traveller is pulled into this picture by nearby mountain ranges that frame the horizon where lakes, dams and streams abound. The guest suites are spacious and the mod-farmhouse design and decor complement the natural setting. Whether you are sitting on the wide veranda or laying in bed, one has majestic views of the mountains and can watch grey duiker and hare, only a few metres away. Nights can be spend by the fireplace or stargazing. We were even lucky to spot a black backed jackal and reedbuck! Yoliswa's breakfasts in the dining room bring farm tastes and flavours to the plate, the fresh milk is a must! Don't miss out on a horse ride with Sonja and Aaron, the highlight of my time at Dragons Landing, a real gem in Underberg!

Lovely breakfast, beautiful location, really enjoyed the horse riding. Sonja is a wonderful lady. She brought me extra books to read, and also loves animals very much. She is very kind, and let me bring my pup with for the trip, keeping her animals away from my pup for the entire stay. She is also very smart, I loved everything about the stay. It’s off grid farm living at its best. Animals, tasty breakfast, spectacular views, lovely walks and trails. Sonja was very attentive and was a phone call or message away.

The horses are so free, loved and well cared for. Horse rides are personalised and the host is exceptional. Loved the farm feel and rustic presence. Everything was on par all the time and well prepared.

Afgelegen rustige plek. Deze accommodatie geeft een rustig en veilig gevoel midden in de natuur en met een geweldig uitzicht op de bergen. Het personeel en gastvrouw zijn super vriendelijk. Omdat wij tijdens een kouder seizoen deze accommodatie bezochten was het heerlijk dat hier een openhaard was om ons te verwarmen en voor de gezelligheid. Ook enkele gezelschapspelen maakte de avonden zeer aangenaam en gaven een echt 'thuis' gevoel. De warme douche en het grote bed waren pluspunten. Het hoogte punt was de wandeling met het paard samen met de gastvrouw. We leerde elkaar echt kennen en genoten van de natuur. Dit was een schitterende ervaring.
