NOW LOAD SHEDDING PROOF - Our property has solar energy. Known mainly for our high-end residential designs, we at PWM Architects have just completed the first two of several guest rooms set in a spectacular urban forest in the upmarket suburb of Atholl. Only 2km from the site lies the Sandton CBD and the Gautrain from where a high speed rail service offers easy access to Oliver Tambo International Airport. Our emphasis is on good quality accommodation, stylishly put together.
Deirdre and Keith have lived in Atholl for over 20 years, so are local experts who can help you get to know and enjoy the area.
Atholl is leafy residential area juxtaposed against the Sandton CBD with easy access to many local attractions. Close to the property is The Sandton Convention Centre and Nelson Mandela Square, an international business hub. Nearby shopping centres include Atholl Square, Blue Bird, Melrose Arch, Rosebank Mall, Sandton City, Hyde Park & Benmore Gardens. As Guest House at 118 is set in the heart of the CBD there is a wide range of excellent bars and restaurants on your doorstep. The Wanderers Stadium & Golf Course, Inanda Club, Maboneng Precinct, Liliesleaf Farm, Gandhi House, Constitution Hill and World of Golf are all within easy reach.
