Featuring a patio with Canal Views, a Garden and "braai" facilities, Knockoff at Kingston Place Marina can be found in Marina Martinique (Jeffreysbay), next to Ashton Bay and Paradise Beach. 1km from nearest beach, 1km from two well none restuarants,2 km from Seekoeiriver Nature Reserve, 9km from Fountains Mall and 3.5km from Jeffreysbay Main Beach and Surfer Village. This Stylish Open Plan 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the ground floor, set back from the canals of the Marina, but still breathtaking views over the canals. Creating a space for the kids to run around while sipping on wine and light a fire to "braai". The Living, Entertainment and Kitchen area are fully equipped with flat-screen TV, Sleeper Couch, Board Games, Netflix, On-line DSTV, Free WiFi, fridge/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. (towels and bed linen are provided). Guests can engage in activities such as swimming in the canals, fishing and canoeing (not provided) The nearest airport is Port Elizabeth International Airport, 66 km from the accommodation.
Although I am not living in Jeffreysbay/Marina myself, I do my utmost best to make sure that my guests are 100% satisfied during their stay. I love people and are honored to host Knockoff @ Kingston Place Marina myself. (I am just a phone call/email away) As a Host, I would also appreciate it, if my guest can let me know if there is anything lacking in the Unit or any suggestions (good or bad)
24hr Security provides Peace of Mind, making it safe to walk, ride bicycle and enjoy the Wild Life in the Marina. The seawater man-made canals offers swimming, canoeing (not supplied), fishing and boating (not supplied). There is a designated no-wake zone for boats in front of Kingston complex. (contact the Marina itself for more details if you bring your own boat) NB!! No Wet bikes/Jet-Ski's are allowed in the Marina The beach (sea) is on the east side of the Marina - approximately 800-900m from Gate 1. An Outdoor Gym is located in the Marina, and just on the outside next to the Marina, the children can enjoy Wacky Water Park As there are no fences around the premises, nor at the canals or ponds, parents should take extra caution and be responsible at all time for their own children. IMPORTANT: Marina Martinique is entered on OWN RISK, neither the Owner, Representative of the owner, Kingston Place Body Corporate or Marina Martinique can be held responsible for any loss/damage/accident.
