La Mer 8 – Sleeps 6 La Mer 8 is a modern and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom first floor unit that sleeps 6 with amazing sea views in a secure complex in Margate. The main bedroom is fitted with a double bed, and the second is fitted with a double bed and the third bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is fitted with a bath, shower as well as a toilet and basin and the 2nd bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet and basin. The unit has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, washing machine and a tumble dryer as well as a dining table that seats 6. The comfortable lounge suite seats 5. A flat screen TV with Wi-Fi is provided. The second seating area has enough seating for 4. There are sliding doors off the lounge and main bedroom onto a large patio overlooking the sea. There is also patio furniture and a gas braai supplied for your use. There is a swimming pool and basement parking as well as extra parking bay is allocated to this unit. There is also a lift for your convenience from the basement area. There is a gate from the complex leading to the Lawrence Rocks beach which is across the road, about 30m away and Margate’s main beach and fishing pier is only a short walk away. All linen is supplied including bath towels. please bring your own beach towels with. All shops and restaurants are within the immediate vicinity. Ramsgate is a small seaside resort town in KwaZulu- Natal South Coast, about 20 kilometers south of Port Shepstone. Margate town is made up of many shops, including beach, arts & crafts shops, restaurants, pubs and night clubs. Ramsgate is next to Margate which is best known for its’ beautiful coastline and blue flag beach with a swimming pool right on the beach.
