ABOUT THE COMPLEX Le Paradis is central to the CBD on the 5km shoreline promenade in Ballito is a much sought after up-market private and secure complex due to its perfect holiday location. Has magnificent un-interrupted beach sea views. Located on the beach front with no road crossings with direct access to the promenade which is ideal for lazy strolls along the beach, swimming beaches and a short walk from the well-known very popular 'Granny's Pool' that is safe for children to swim. The securely fenced and gated swimming pool as well as kiddies' pool is in the central garden area of the complex. Unfortunately, Le Paradis 23 is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties or school leavers (“Matric Rage”). Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The property apologizes for any inconvenience.

Please note that no loud noise and parties are allowed on the premises. Please see the Conditions of letting that the agent will send you on confirmation of your booking.

Please note that Visa debit cards cannot be used to guarantee the reservations as the card cannot be processes without the actual card being present.

You will be required to provide a copy/photo of the front and back of the credit card as well as a copy of your ID or drivers licence for all manual credit card transactions.

"Please note a 50% deposit of the total booking fee is required 24 hours after making a booking.

We would like to emphasise that we are a provider of strictly family friendly holiday accommodation, and we do not allow the following in any of our properties:

• Overcrowding (The maximum number of persons occupying the unit at all times must not exceed the number of beds.)
