The house is situated in the quiet village of Southbroom. The apartment offers two bedrooms, a kitchen, a lounge and 1.5 bathrooms. The third bedroom is separate from the apartment (less than 10m) and offers coffee-making facilities and an en-suite bathroom. The property has a lush wild garden and is situated on a 3500 square meter yard with partial sea views. Let the sound of the sea lull you to sleep at night and enjoy the wild hiking trails on a quiet afternoon. The house is well-situated for birding and a relaxing afternoon in the pool. Southbroom is a conservancy with some minor free-roaming game and it boasts one of South Africa's blue flag beaches and a top golf course.
The apartment is on a property 800m uphill from the nearest beach with a partial sea view. The area is a conservancy with a small antelope roaming freely. Southbroom main beach is a blue flag beach and the area hosts one of SA's top golf courses, a tennis club and many walking trails. Southbroom is also great for bird-watching.
