Lucien Sands 602 - This stylish luxurious three bedroom apartment offers the ultimate holiday getaway. There are 180 degree sea-views from the spacious balcony. This is the perfect place to replenish your soul, relax and unwind while enjoying these breathtaking sea views. Open plan living area which opens up onto the balcony. The well appointed kitchen has all that is required for self catering. Complex is on the beach and features a swimming pool. Well equipped with DSTV premium. Maximum 4 adults. No Parties. The Cleaning Fee you are charged is for cleaning the apartment before you arrive and after your leave. Daily cleaning services are available for an additional charge.

Neighbourhood information

Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the South Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is the blue flag beach on the north end of Margate Beach. Manaba Beach has lifeguards and also has shark nets which makes it a safe swimming beach. A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. The Margate main beach also has lifeguards as well as shark nets. In Shelly Beach, you will find scuba diving, shark cage diving, dolphin, and whale watching trips. The Oribi Gorge as well as the Wild Coast Casino is also less than 50km away. Furthermore, the weather on the South Coast is superb, even in winter. The sea temperature, which is influenced by the Mozambique current, seldom drops below 19 degrees.
