Manaba Beach is the seaside village on the South Coast that overlaps Uvongo and Margate. It extends from Lucien Beach to Uvongo. Lucien Beach is the blue flag beach on the north end of Margate Beach. Manaba Beach has lifeguards and also has shark nets which makes it a safe swimming beach. A short walk down the beach will bring you to the Margate main beach. The Margate main beach also has lifeguards as well as shark nets. In Shelly Beach, you will find scuba diving, shark cage diving, dolphin, and whale watching trips.
