This apartment is ideal for 2-3 persons (1 double bed and one ¾ bed). The open-plan kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary crockery, cutlery, utensils; with a stove and fridge as well as an ironing board and iron. There's a dining room table with four chairs, and a 4 seater couch. From the lounge you have access to a charming deck/terrace overlooking mountains and sea views where you can have your breakfast in the shade or dinners in the warm summer evenings. The main bedroom has a queen size bed and offers ample storage space for your clothing/ valuables. The second bedroom has a ¾ single bed and a chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, basin and a toilet. You will have access to a separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Also, wifi (fibre 200 mbps) and Netflix.
This place is situated on the mountain side of Kommetjie, close to St Norbert church in a quiet area within 1 km from the beach, shops and restaurants. This ground floor apartment consists of an open plan lounge/kitchen with 2 separate bedrooms, a charming garden with a deck/terrace offering a view of the Atlantic sea and mountains. Recently renovated, this place stays cool during warm summer days. You will sleep peacefully and wake up to the sound of birds singing.
