Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Fully equipped with basically everything you need, newly tastefully renovated. Self catering apartment Suitable for 4 adults and 2 kids or less. Main room has queen bed and en-suite bathroom and 2 bedroom has a cosy bunk bed for kids with double bed for adults. General house rules: • No loud noise after 9pm, there will be a R2000 fine for any loud noise complaints, zero tolerance. • Please be aware of monkeys • black bags remain in unit or otherwise in green bins at complex • No more than 6 occupants - 4 adults and 2 kids • Cleaning fee is exit clean fee only - additional cleaning can be arranged at an additional fee. • Please don’t lock house keys inside apartment. • Please let us know if you will be bringing a trailer down in advance as we need to notify complex prior to arrival for smooth access • Once entry amenities have finished please restock yourselves • Check out is 9am No Matric rage is permitted! Fine will be implemented if broken! Please note: Durban is experiencing loadshedding, please download the “EskomSePush” app to keep updated on the schedule as it can change hourly. For any power outages/faults this property doesn’t have a generator but does provide battery lighting, please ensure they are plugged in and charging so you are not left in the dark. Please do let us know of any power outages so we can report to the necessary department.

Umdloti Beach is a cute little village situated between Umhlanga and Ballito. Lovely morning, and evening strolls to breakfast and dinner along the side walk. Marshall Security partrol the area 24/7 but please dont walk along the beaches in the evenings or early mornings before sunrise. Walk or drive, Uber also operate in the area.
