Fresh oysters are flown in weekly and the bar boasts over 300 whiskies and an extensive range of acclaimed local wines, sparkling wines and champagnes. Dinner bookings are essential. The property has extensive gardens and a highly popular swimming pool. The highlander offers a range of rooms to meet all budgets and group sizes. Budget Classic Queen rooms are available in the annex and family and king suites are available on the main site. The Highlander's luxuriously appointed rooms and suites feature down duvet covers and cotton linens. The Luxury Suites have fireplaces and each unit has satellite TV.
