The property is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac and approximately 1 km from beaches, surfing spots, shops, laundries and a family restaurant. Wi-Fi and secure parking is available. The apartment consists of: a bedroom with a double bed; a separate living area with a couch and chairs, a single bed, and a TV with DSTV Premium; a bathroom with a bath and shower; a separate toilet; a kitchen; and, a large patio with barbeque facilities. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, fridge, 2-plate stove and oven, gas stove, kettle, toaster, a table and chairs, and, cooking and eating utensils. An iron and ironing board as well as hair dryer are available. Linen and bath towels are provided, but, guests must bring their own beach towels. The following appliances are available during loadshedding: a small gas stove and kettle, ceiling lights with battery driven bulbs in bedroom and bathroom, two rechargeable lights in kitchen, one rechargeable light in TV room/Lounge, and solar light in kitchen.
