Splash is a three-bedroom, two-bathroom multi-level villa, located in the incredibly desirable San Lameer Estate, Southbroom, KwaZulu-Natal. The villa entrance is located on the ground floor and can accommodate up to 6 persons and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan living area and kitchen. Bedroom 1 has a double-size bed and aircon with ensuite bathroom containing a bath / shower combo. Bedroom 2-and 3 has two single beds with aircon in the room. Bathroom 2 has a bath/shower combo, basin and toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, with cutlery and crockery. For your convenience, a washing machine is within the kitchen. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a flat-screen TV with selective DStv channels.
