A mere 5 minutes away from our beautiful beaches, the World of Birds, colorful Hout Bay harbor, vibrant markets and bustling restaurants. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers. Tastefully decorated in warm African sunset colors and set in a tranquil, residential area, in a cul-de-sac on the slopes of the Karbonkelberg Nature Reserve. The lounge is comfortably furnished with two comfy leather couches, a DVD & library collection, you are welcome to use during your stay, as well as free Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The Kitchenette has tea/coffee making facilities, the necessary crockery & cutlery, a toaster, microwave and a small fridge. The spacious bedroom offers a queen size sleigh bed with 100% cotton bedding, built in cupboards and block out curtains. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and basin. Please note, the apartment is an entire floor and attached to our home. Please treat our home as you would treat yours.

Growing up in Johannesburg, living in the Cape has taught us to enjoy quality of life and appreciate our beautiful surroundings. We and our two amazing teenage daughters, thoroughly enjoy traveling, experiencing different cultures, tasting different foods and meeting new people, but we always love to come back home to Hout Bay. This spacious apartment is set in a tranquil, residential area, in a cul-de-sac on the slopes of Karbonkelberg, offering spectacular mountain views of the Constantiaberg Mountains and Chapman's Peak. GETTING AROUND: Ideally you should hire a car to get around, alternatively you can use the UBER taxi service which is very reliable. Sandpiper's Nest offers on-site (for small cars) or street parking (for larger cars) with a secure private entrance leading into a private garden. The MyCiti busstop is about 500m from our home, but be warned, the walk back is uphill! The MyCiti is ideal to take to Lllandudno, Camps Bay and Clifton Beaches as well as Cape Town CBD. You can also connect to the airport on the My Citi Bus. The red hop-on-hop-off sightseeing buses are also very popular and will cover most of the sightseeing attractions in our area as well as the Constantia wine route.
