SEA VALLEY VILLA welcomes you to enjoy the pretty views and accommodation. 700 meters to a BEACH less than 2kms to shops and Golfing. Lovely area for photographs in the garden and at Beaches. WIFI is available Lots of parking inside property alongside building on the driveway enclosed by remote controlled gate. Accommodation-is the entire LOWER FLOOR is exclusively for Guests. S V V Guest House owner Louise, lives on property and is always happy to advise Guests what to do and see in town Guests have their own separate entrance , lock and key and are not disturbed by anyone unless servicing as required Security - all doors have locks and dbl lock on exit doors , alarmed and security lights left on at night. VIEWS are of VALLEY -NATURE - SEA Style of the property is Tuscan - with creative touches in the garden- whimsical - with wind charms , sea sounds and birds inviting you to relax. Bedrooms - I am told the four bedrooms are spacious pretty and comfortable. PEACEFULL FRIENDLY HAPPY PLACE come and bring your happy intentions to SVV
I enjoy meeting positive new people . I hope to please many guests in providing a good facility - my style may be different to yours- this makes us unique Sounds of the birds and sea encourage rest, mindfulness in the pretty garden surrounds. Gardening- crafting - furniture " re-inventing" are some of -my regular activitie's The area is ideal for walks - the beach nearby is my frequent pastime - always something interesting to find and enjoy- the freshness of the air is breathtaking.
We are located in a pretty , mid market suburb on the ridge of Southdowns Avenue . Neighbors are on large properties with established gardens- at this site one an relax and escape from the feeling of being in a which a built-up area. Beach is close by 700 m -, Mall 2 kms away .
