The well-appointed and cosy garden room is situated in tranquil surroundings in a 24-hour security eco-estate, on the western banks of the Buffelspoort Dam. The room forms part of the main house built in 2009. It has a private entrance from the main stoep, and guests can relax in the private garden or the entire estate. The beautiful sunrise over the dam is a view to behold every morning, and the regular visits by the free-roaming impala, blesbuck, nyala and springbuck are always special. The Garden Room is decorated with warm colours and thoughtful touches & has: • A private entrance • En-suite bathroom with shower • Single bed • Quality linen & fluffy towels • DSTV (satellite) with the full bouquet • Small fridge & a microwave • Coffee/Tea tray • Hairdryer Guests are welcome to relax on the stoep overlooking the eco-estate and dam. Buffelspoort and surrounds, our “valley”, is a beautiful, unique and rather unspoilt part of the Magaliesberg Biosphere. We are indeed very proud to form part of the Biosphere. It is rich in history and biodiversity and forms an integral part of the area’s natural and cultural heritage. The area’s assets and close proximity to Gauteng, make it very attractive from a tourism-, recreation and residential point of view. Our boundaries stretch from Groenkloof, bordering on our neighbouring Hartbeespoort in the East to Kroondal, bordering on Rustenburg in the West, and from Marikana in the North to Maanhaarrand in the South. It includes the two pristine dams, the Buffelspoort and Olifantsnek dams. The Buffelspoort Valley, in which Buffelspoort Eco Park is situated, lies in the Magaliesberg near Rustenburg and Mooinooi. It is an area of scenic beauty, unique natural features, richly historical, archaeological and cultural value and abundant biodiversity. These features make Buffelspoort Valley particularly valuable for tourism and recreation as well as a focal point for nation-building – whether our ancestry is Tswana, Nguni, Boer or British.
