In addition there is a fireplace in the lounge and outside deck with braai facilities. Please note that the log cabin is completely off grid. This means that hot water, cooking and the fridge work with gas. The lights and cell phone charging work off a battery system. Please note that although the cottage is not affected by load shedding at all, the batteries do not allow the use of a microwave, toaster or hairdryer.
