DAMAGE PROTECTION This property is protected by Just Be Lekker (JBL), the travel reputation platform. Guests are required to pay a R800 non-refundable damage waiver fee (R10,000 worth of accidental damage cover) OR have a R7,500 refundable security deposit hold placed on their card to gain access to the property. The guest will be sent a link by JBL to verify their booking. Please note that should a guest choose the refundable security deposit, a R47 service fee will be charged by JBL. This fee covers the cost of verifying the booking and ensuring the property's protection. Just Be Lekker aims to provide a secure and reliable booking experience for all guests. RULES: As Zebula is a nature and game reserve no loud music is allowed at any time and no music at all after 10pm (Zebula Body Corporate). Zebula issues fines for noise transgressions. No smoking is permitted in the property. If you smoke outside, do not throw cigarette butts into the bushveld. Remember a Conservation Fee is payable on entry per car by credit card (no cash). Private Vehicle - R150 Mini bus - R350 Bus - R1200 ABOUT: This 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom property offers luxury and comfort, with a spacious living space, modern kitchen, open floor plan, patio, and pool table. LATE CHECK-INS In case of a late check-in after 7pm on Saturdays to Thursdays and 10pm on Fridays, a standard late check-in fee of R750 will apply. OUTSTANDING PROCESSES We require all outstanding processes to be completed before 12 pm the day prior to check-in. Failure to do so will result in a late penalty fee of R350
